Sunnyvale Statistics

In the course of all of the stuff the city does, and all of the reports the city generates as part of doing business, some really interesting statistics occasionally show up.  Rather than let them pass by, I will attempt to capture them here as a reference.

Please keep in mind that these statistics are often taken out of context, and they may fall out of date over time.  It is also not uncommon for different sources to provide different numbers for the same statistics.  For instance, the State population numbers for Sunnyvale differ from the US Census numbers (and Sunnyvale chooses to use the State numbers, probably for tax revenue purposes).
